EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to bring you the very best events and entertainment and satisfy all our customers here at De 10 Indoor Soccer, we need to provide adequate space and exceptional service for the enjoyment of all of our clients. To help to ensure this, 10 Indoor Soccer is installing the Event Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations must be in writing by the person who complete the estimate form and sent by email to Paula (soccerdepot6228@gmail.com). A Cancellation is not effective until 10 Indoor Soccer receives the letter.
The cancellation Policy will allow you to cancel without any financial penalty at any time up until 15 days prior to the event.
Any cancellations received by letter less than 15 days will result in a charge as follows:
15 days: 30% of Total Invoice
7 days: 50% of Total Invoice
Less than 7 days: 100% of Total Invoice

PLAYERS MUST SIGN WAVERS TO BE ABLE TO PLAY
